This is a Thermochill Shroud. See shroud. See shroud cool. See shroud cool all your life... oops, wrong company.
Anyway, this is a fan shroud for the Thermochill PA120.2 radiator--please do not attempt to use it as a hat (it wouldn't work as well at the PA160 shroud).
