Description:

The Mine 3 Heatpipe CPU cooler from Scythe USA demonstrates their relentless strive to stay atop the rest in the air-cooling business.  Already receiving much  rave from their Ninja CPU cooler, Scythe has released the Mine as a lighter, yet comparable alternative.  Unlike the Ninja, the Mine cooler is designed specially for use with a fan, especially with the included 100mm "Kaze Jyu" fan.  The Mine's compact fin design also provides more surface area than the Ninja.  By situating the fan in the middle, the Mine cooler effectively enhances the performance of the fan by fully utilizing its push/pull properties.  For even more cooling potential, Scythe's unique mounting base will allow larger fans such as 125mm and 140mm fans as long as the thickness is still  25mm.
