After extensive investigation, we discovered that those Neoprene foam pads which are included with most watercooling pumps really don't do a very good job of eliminating the transference of pump vibration.  So, during our epic quest for silence, we happened upon this stuff.  Unsure of what to call it at first, we settled on "Gel-Stuff"--after all, that's pretty much what it is.  Super soft, crush-resistant, amazingly stretchy, and, well, quite gel-like, we have yet to find anything that nullifies pump vibration better than Petra'sTech Gel-Stuff.
